In the Form Designer for Microsoft Mail, a message body or scrolling
field list that is less than 48 pixels tall is considered to be a
one-line field. A one-line field does not have a scroll bar and can
contain only 255 characters.
If the field is greater than or equal to 48 pixels in height, scroll
bars will be created and the field may contain up to 32,768 characters
of text.
