SYMPTOMSWhen you use Outlook 2000 or Outlook Express version 6.0 to
send a new e-mail message, you may receive an error message that is similar to
the following: Outlook caused an Invalid Page Fault in
module kernel32.dll CAUSEThis issue may occur if your e-mail program is using an
out-of-date version of the SBC Prodigy software. As of December 2002, SBC
Prodigy has joined with Yahoo! to create the " SBC Yahoo!" Internet connection
service. After you install SBC Yahoo!, Outlook 2002 and Outlook Express 6.0 may
continue to use the older SBC Prodigy dialer instead of the new SBC Yahoo!
dialer. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, remove the SBC Prodigy and SBC Yahoo!
e-mail accounts from Outlook 2002 and Outlook Express 6.0, and then configure a
new account to use the new SBC Yahoo! dialer:
