On This PageSYMPTOMSThe Remote Retry Queue Length counter may not correctly report the number of messages that are in the retry queue for each link queue.
CAUSEThis problem may be caused by an error in the Remote Retry
Queue Length counter calculation. The Remote Retry Queue Length counter
calculation is based on the link status and number of messages that are in the
retry queue for each link queue. An error exists in this calculation because
the number of messages that are already in the retry queue are not included in
the counter calculation. RESOLUTIONService Pack InformationTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:260910
