226494Note The information in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 226494 only affects messages that perflib reports. For example, an Event ID 1008 message has output similar to the following:
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/226494/EN-US/ )INFO: Events for Performance Monitor Extensions
Event Type: Error
This problem occurs because perflib does not check the EventLogLevel registry setting in all error paths.
