Cannot Print in Internet Explorer if Surfairy Is Installed

SYMPTOMS

When Divago Surfairy is installed on a computer that is running Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1(SP1) or the August 22, 2002, cumulative patch for Internet Explorer, you cannot print or use the Print Preview feature in Internet Explorer. You may receive the following error message:
Internet Explorer Script Error An error has occurred in the script on this page.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem remove Surfairy. To do so, follow these steps:
1.Click Start, and then click Run.
2.Type "c:\program files\surfairy\uninstall.exe", and then press ENTER.
3.Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
You may be able to work around this problem by disabling third-party browser extensions in Internet Explorer. To do so, follow these steps:
1.Start Internet Explorer.
2.On the Tools menu, clickInternet Options.
3.Click the Advanced tab.
4.Click to clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box.
5.Click Apply, and then click OK.
