SYMPTOMS

After you turn on message tracking in Exchange 2000, you may experience high CPU utilization, and the Inetinfo.exe process shows very high memory use.

Note To verify this problem, click the Processes tab in the Windows Task Manager dialog box to view the list of running processes and their corresponding CPU utilization.
