RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, upgrade the RAM on your computer to 128 MB. To identify how much RAM your computer has, follow these steps:
1.On the desktop, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2.In the System Properties dialog box, see how much memory appears under Computer.

If this value is less than 128 MB of RAM, your computer does not meet the minimum requirements for this game.
