SYMPTOMS

When you grant a user delegate access to your mailbox folders, the user cannot use Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) to modify any one of the items in the mailbox folders.

CAUSE

Full, writable delegate access control is not currently supported in OWA. When you grant a user delegate access to your mailbox, the user receives read-only access to your mailbox through OWA.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, permit full write access to the mailbox through OWA. To do so, configure the user as an owner of that mailbox.
