When you import a valid server data object in
Microsoft Content Mangement Server (MCMS) 2002, you may receive the following
error message:
The XML parser could not
parse the tag it was given.
To resolve this problem, clear the memory cache, and then
try to import the server data object again:
- Click Start, point to Programs, click Microsoft Content
Management Server, and then click Server Configuration Application.
- Click the Cache tab.
- Click Clear Memory Cache.
- Import the server data object again.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a
bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
