After you install Microsoft Business Solutions Customer Relationship Management (Microsoft CRM), and then you try to start Microsoft Word, Word may prompt you with a security warning that resembles the following security warning:

With support for Smart Tags in Microsoft Office XP, you can view, share, and refresh report objects from your Word document.
Word 2007To determine whether the "Crystal Reports Smart Tag Recognizer" Smart Tag is installed in Microsoft Office Word 2007, follow these steps:
Word 2002 and Word 2003To determine whether the "Crystal Reports Smart Tag Recognizer" Smart Tag is installed in Microsoft Word 2002, click AutoCorrect Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Smart Tags tab.
