pointer, a blinking pointer, jerky pointer movement, or the pointer may not

methods in the order that they appear. Method 1: Verify That You Have at Least 16 MB of Video MemoryUse the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to determine how much video memory is installed on the video adapter. To do so, follow these steps:

Method 3: Switch to Window ModeTo switch between full-screen mode and window mode, press ALT+ENTER.If this method does not resolve the issue, continue to the next method. Method 4: Download and Install the Latest Video and Mouse Drivers
