When you try to open a file that was previously protected with a password and then saved to a new location, you may receive the following error message:
This symptom may occur if the following conditions exist:
The operation could not be completed because the source file contains invalid project data or the total number of rows exceeds the limit of 1,048,000 rows in a project.
Service Pack InformationThis problem is corrected in Project 2002 Service Pack 1.

The English version of this fix should have the following file attributes or later. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the "Time Zone" tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
