OL2002: The Prefix of the Original Message Is Missing in Replied To or Forwarded Plain Text Message

When you reply to or forward a plain text e-mail message that contains an http URL, the prefix for the reply may not be inserted on the URL line and all lines following the URL. This symptom occurs if you are using the "Prefix each line of the original message" feature.

Note The prefix is the character that is inserted by Outlook that indicates the text of the original message.
