WMP9: Find Album Info Command Does Not Work

If you play an .mp3 file, and then switch to the Now Playing view, a black window may appear instead of the search results for the album when you click Find Album Info.

This issue occurs if the .mp3 file has not been added into your media library.

To resolve this issue, add the .mp3 files into your media library:

1. While the .mp3 file is playing, click Media Library.
2. Click Add, and then click Add Currently Playing Track.

This process adds the track into your media library. If you click Now Playing, and then click Find Album Info, the search results for that track appear.
