When you try to create a new Web in C:\My Documents\My Webs\
Web_Folder_Name, where
Web_Folder_Name is the name of the Web that you are trying to create, you may
receive the following error message:
The server extensions
were unable to access the file "Service.lck". Please check the file
permissions.

This problem occurs if you have a damaged Service.lck
file.

To correct this problem, do one of the following:
| • | Create your new Web in a folder that is not in the
My Webs folder.
-or- |
| • | Empty the My Webs folder before you create
your new Web. |
