Lines with arrows print without the arrows in some Office XP programs

SYMPTOMS

When you print a document that contains lines with arrows, the arrows may not print. This symptom may occur if the following conditions are true:

You change the line weight of the line with arrows to 0.25 pt.
You change the resolution of the printer to less than 600 dpi. For example, this symptom occurs if you change the resolution of the printer to 300 dpi.

This problem is corrected in Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 3. To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP.
