SYMPTOMS

When you work with a document that you opened by using a custom program contained on a floppy or network drive that contains pictures, the pictures may randomly change to a red X and the pictures do not show.

To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
