Article ID: 815355 - Last Review: April 7, 2006 - Revision: 4.2 OL2002: The Free/Busy Bar Incorrectly Displays Busy for the Whole Day
On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you view a Calendar in the
Day/Week/Month view or in the Day/Week/Month View With
AutoPreview in Outlook 2002, the Free/Busy bar incorrectly displays
Busy for the whole day. CAUSEThis problem occurs when two events are scheduled for the
same day in the Outlook 2002 Calendar. One is an all day event, and the other
is a regular event that has a duration of 24 or more hours and a higher
importance than the all day event. Because the regular event has a higher importance than the all day event, the importance setting of the all day event is overridden and set to Busy.
