.On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you resume a Windows 2000-based computer from hibernation, if the computer is connected to a Universal Serial Bus (USB) 1.1 hub device, the USB 1.1 hub device may not work correctly. Additionally, a yellow exclamation mark is displayed next to the device when you view it in Device Manager.
When you double-click the device in Device Manager, you receive the following error message in the Device status box on the General tab: The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code
28) CAUSEThis problem occurs when the FSLargestDataPacket field of the HcFmInterval register is not set correctly when the computer resumes from
hibernation. In this scenario, the host controller does not transfer data across the
