SYMPTOMSWhen you try to start Process Explorer from Sysinternals,
you receive the following message: Make sure that you are
an administrator and that a copy of Process Explorer is not already running.
Error installing HandleEx driver: A required privilege is not held by the client. Note This issue may occur even if you are logged on as a member of local administrators group. CAUSEThis issue occurs because the version of process explorer
that you are running is not compatible with Windows Server 2003. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, contact Sysinternals to obtain an
updated version of Process Explorer. To do so, visit the following Sysinternals
