FIX: A SELECT Statement Against a View Might Not Return Qualifying Rows

SYMPTOMS

A SELECT statement might not return qualifying rows, if all the following conditions are true:

The query is run against a view.
There is a WHERE clause in the query.
A clustered index is defined on the predicate in the WHERE clause.
