OL2000: Voting Buttons Are Missing from E-mail Messages That Are Opened on a DMS E-mail System

SYMPTOMS

When you receive an e-mail message that contains Voting Buttons on a Defense Messaging System (DMS) e-mail system, the Voting Buttons are missing when you open the e-mail message.

CAUSE

This problem may occur when all the following conditions are true:
  • The Use voting buttons option was selected in the e-mail message before it was sent.

    -and-
  • The e-mail message was converted to a commercial (P22) message format before it was sent.

RESOLUTION
