MORE INFORMATION When a Direct Mailer job is not successful, it can be restarted. A failure may occur if the Microsoft SQL Server database server is not available. The job is restarted from the beginning. Duplicate messages are sent to everyone who received a message before the job failed. Preparation provides a job status code. However, while the job is being completed and the mailing list is being processed, this was not being used. As a result, job recovery was working correctly. This behavior has now been addressed, and the job recovery occurs. After it is restarted, the remainder of the job is completed, and the unprocessed messages are delivered.
