CAUSEThis problem may occur if you remove and reinstall USB version 1.1, and you also have USB version 2 installed on your computer. RESOLUTIONHotfix InformationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article.
