FIX: The Sqldumper.exe File Does Not Generate a Userdump File When It Runs Against a Windows Service

SYMPTOMS

If you run the Sqldumper.exe file, and you specify a ProcessID (PID) that is associated with a Microsoft Windows service, a userdump file is not generated.
