ODBC Page Error When You Use Connected Pages

SYMPTOMS

After you edit a connected page in either the Web Browser Client (WBC) or Site Builder, you may receive the following ODBC error message:

Connection 01F24540 <[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_LayoutProperty'.

You may also see the following:

The page submission is unsuccessful.
No other errors are logged anywhere else.
The error does not consistently occur, so a later resubmission of the page may succeed.

When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
