Modify billing information for your Xbox LIVE account

To change billing information by using a computer

1. Go to billing.microsoft.com/home.aspx (http://billing.microsoft.com/home.aspx) and sign in with your Windows Live ID.
2. Click the payment method you want to change.

3. Click Go to payment method information.

4. To edit an existing payment method:
   1. Click Edit payment method information (see image below).
   2. Edit your payment information, and then click Save.
   
   To add a new payment method:
   1. Click Use a different payment method (see image below).
   2. Click Next.
   3. Confirm the balance and service you want to transfer to a new payment method, and then click Next.
   4. Enter the new payment information, and then click Save.

   Note When you add a new payment method, your services and balances are transferred to the new payment method. Your old payment method is removed from your account.
