After you turn off the Language bar in Windows XP, you cannot turn it back on

bar, and then click Close the Language bar) on your Windows
XP-based computer, you may not be able to turn the Language bar back
on. CAUSEThis problem may occur if you have a Group Policy setting

design, you must have access to Control Panel to turn on the Language
