SYMPTOMSWhen typing Arabic or Hebrew text in forms within Internet Explorer; garbage characters are displayed instead of the Arabic or Hebrew text. CAUSE A third party application called "TopText iLookUp" is installed. This application intercepts text input into the browser window; and since it does not support Bidirectional text (Arabic, Hebrew), it causes this problem.
