SUMMARY

This article describes how to view system folders by using Exchange System Manager in Exchange Server 2003. By default, system folders are not shown in Exchange System Manager. You must specify that you want to view system folders when you view public folders in Exchange System Manager. The system folders include the following folders:
  • EForms Registry
  • Events Root
  • Nntp Control Folder
  • Offline Address Book
  • Schedule+ Free Busy
  • StoreEvents
  • System Configuration

View System Folders if Your Exchange System Manager is Not Displaying Administrative Groups

To view system folders if your Exchange System Manager is not displaying administrative groups:
  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
  2. Expand Folders, right-click Public Folders, and then click View System Folders.

View System Folders if Your Exchange Organization Is Displaying Administrative Groups

To view system folders if your Exchange organization is displaying administrative groups:
  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
  2. Expand Administrative Groups, expand the first administrative group that was created in your organization, and then expand Folders.
  3. Expand Folders, right-click Public Folders, and then click View System Folders.
