On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you send multiple messages in one Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server or Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 message queue, the message queue connection goes into "retry" mode, and none of the messages in the connection are delivered. CAUSEThis problem occurs if all the messages in the message queue have at least one undeliverable recipient.
