On This PageSYMPTOMSWhen you start a Remote Assistance session with another computer, Remote Assistance does not track who initiated the session or the location of the computer that initiated the session. RESOLUTIONThis hotfix increases the number of events that are logged when you start and use a Remote Assistance session in Microsoft Windows XP. Currently, Remote Assistance provides only minimal logging of Remote Assistance sessions. The following is a list of the new events that will be logged during a Remote Assistance session:
