SYMPTOMSWhen you search for clip art on the Internet by using the Web Collections search option in a Microsoft Office 2007 or Microsoft Office 2003 program, you may experience the following symptoms:
CAUSECase 1This problem may occur in situations when the clip that you downloaded from the Internet is deleted by Microsoft Internet Explorer before you can view it in the Clip Art task pane of the Office program.Case 2This problem may also occur if your firewall settings are preventing access to the clips.Managing access to the Internet is performed through a proxy server. A proxy server is a component of a company's firewall. RESOLUTIONCase 1To resolve this problem when the clip that you downloaded from the Internet is deleted by Internet Explorer, delete the temporary Internet files on your computer. To do this, follow these steps:
Case 2To resolve this problem when your firewall settings are preventing access to the clips, verify the settings of your firewall or your Web acceleration products. Or, contact the network administrator.A setting in your firewall or in your Web acceleration product may be preventing you from having access to the Internet. You may be able to adjust these settings to allow for access to sites that you cannot view. You may have to contact the network administrator and have them make the changes. Contact the manufacturer of the software for more information about settings that you can adjust to enable Internet access from Office applications.
