FIX: Play Button Is Enabled Too Early in the German Version of Windows Media Player 9

SYMPTOMS

If a user is playing back content that is encrypted by using Digital Rights Management (DRM) in the German version of Windows Media Player 9 Series, the Play button may be active before the client receives the license.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because a flag on the dialog resource for the German version of Windows Media Player 9 Series is not correctly set.

The German version of this fix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
