FIX: Play Button Is Enabled Too Early in the German Version of Windows Media Player 9

SYMPTOMS

If a user is playing back content that is encrypted by using Digital Rights Management (DRM) in the German version of Windows Media Player 9 Series, the Play button may be active before the client receives the license.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because a flag on the dialog resource for the German version of Windows Media Player 9 Series is not correctly set.
