When you try to install Windows XP Fax Services, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot copy file fxscfgwz.dll
.
This problem occurs when Windows Installer cannot find the correct path of the
fxscfgwz.dll file.
To resolve this problem, type the correct path of the i386 folder on the Windows XP installation CD-ROM or the network installation point. To do this, follow these steps:
- In the Copy Files From box, type %path%\i386, where %path% is the drive and folder path of the i386 folder.
- Click Retry.
