This problem was first corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, create a new Custom Show and then
remove the affected Custom Show. You can also try removing slides from the affected Custom Show. You will know when you have removed the invisible placeholder because the slide that you selected to be removed will not be removed from the Custom Show list when you click Remove.
