You Receive an Error Message When You Synchronize Your Palm Device with Outlook 2003

SYMPTOMS

When you synchronize your Palm device with Outlook 2003, the Palm device may not synchronize, and you may receive the following error message:
An error occurred while converting an Outlook record to Handheld format. (1013)
6/3/2002 1:00:00 PM / RE: OL QFE TRIAGE: 6233
There are more records in Outlook than in your Handheld. Please re-sync to attempt recovery.
Outlook = 489, PalmPilot = 0
Outlook Calendar - RS synchronization failed

CAUSE

This behavior may occur if you are using an outdated version of Chapura PocketMirror software to synchronize your Palm device with Outlook 2003. Chapura PocketMirror is included with your Palm device to synchronize data between the Palm device and Microsoft Outlook.
