Additionally, the Add Contact Picture option does not appear in the design mode Contact form as expected. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the design mode Contact form was not updated with the new Outlook user interface. MORE INFORMATIONThis problem only occurs when you design a custom Contact form. This problem does not occur when you design other form types. In Outlook 2007, developers are encouraged to use the new form region feature to integrate with Outlook forms. Form regions are designed to provide a themed user interface that is consistent with Windows and Office user interface styles.
