SYMPTOMS

When you use a ReDim statement on an array in a Microsoft Visual Basic .NET application, your application may quit unexpectedly.

CAUSE

This behavior is caused by a garbage collection bug in the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1.

RESOLUTION
