This behavior occurs when the settings for Microsoft Internet Explorer prevent it from accepting cookies from Hotmail.com or MSN.com domains. For example, you may experience this behavior when your privacy settings are set to High in Internet Explorer.

To resolve this behavior, follow these steps:

1.	Start Internet Explorer.
2.	On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3.	Click the Privacy tab, and then click Edit.
4.	In the Address of Web site box, type hotmail.com, and then click Allow.
5.	In the Address of Web site box, type msn.com, and then click Allow.
6.	Click OK two times.
