SYMPTOMS

When you click Send/Receive in Microsoft Outlook 2002, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following :
unknown error 0x80040154

CAUSE

This behavior may occur if your installation of Microsoft Outlook Express has been corrupted. Outlook 2002 relies on several files that Outlook Express installs and uses.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, remove and then reinstall Outlook Express.
