When you try to install Microsoft Office XP, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
where filename is the name of an installation file.
Error 2905, C:\Config.msi\filename
When you click OK to close this error message, you may also receive an error message that is similar to the following:
When you click Yes to continue, your computer may stop responding.
Error 1712: A previous install for this product is in progress. You must undo the changes made by that install to continue. Do you want to undo those changes?
