SYMPTOMSWhen you import a text file that contains a list of e-mail
addresses to add to your junk e-mail filter, you may receive the following
message: CAUSEThis behavior occurs when the text file is formatted as
UTF-8. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this behavior, save your junk e-mail filter list
again as either ANSI or UNICODE text, and then import your list. To do this,
follow these steps:

Help on the Help menu, type junk
e-mail in the Search for box in the Assistance
pane, and then click Start searching to view the topic.
