If a multi-byte character set (MBCS) string is set in an HTTP Cookie Header field, a Common Gateway Interface (CGI) program may not work correctly because the CGI cannot receive all the environment strings.

To work around this problem, follow these steps:

1.	In Control Panel, open Regional and Language Options.
2.	Click the Advanced tab.
3.	In the Select a language to match the language version of the non-Unicode programs you want to use list, click English (United States).
