Expand all | Collapse all

SYMPTOMS

When you use site deployment to export an .sdo file that is more than 250 MB, you may receive a Microsoft SQL Server time-out error if Microsoft Content Management Server (MCMS) 2002 and SQL Server are installed on the same computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, disable the Shared Memory Protocol in SQL Client Network Utility. You can also apply MCMS 2002 SP1 without modifying the Shared Memory Protocol setting.

STATUS

This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 Service Pack 1.
