FIX: The Merge Agent Takes a Long Time to Download New Data When It Runs on a New Anonymous Subscription

SYMPTOMS

When a new anonymous subscription to a publication is created, the initial snapshot to the subscription is successfully downloaded. However, when the Merge Agent on the anonymous subscription runs for the first time, the subscription takes a long time to download the new data. When the Merge Agent runs on the subscription again, it works as expected.

Service pack information
