Note Since August 11, 2003, a hotfix (825501) has been available from Microsoft Product Support Services that also corrects this problem. If you have installed this hotfix, you do not need to install the updated 823803 security patch. The following hotfix information can be used to identify if the 825501 hotfix is installed. File InformationThe English version of this fix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
