Note After you install Service Pack 2, you must manually update your BizDesk file before you start Commerce Server BizDesk. To do this, copy the Orders_util.vbs file from the Program Files\Microsoft
Commerce Server 2002\sp2\bizdesk\orders\include folder to the corresponding BizDesk application folder. For more information, see the
ReadMe_sp2.htm file. This file is located in the Program Files\Microsoft Commerce Server
2002\sp2\ folder.STATUS Microsoft has
confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the
beginning of this article.
