Daylight saving time update

You do not have to remove any previously installed DST update to apply this cumulative update.

SYMPTOMS

When you change the time zone in Windows 2000, the LastBootUpTime Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) value does not reflect the time zone.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the WMI method does not use the time zone information correctly in Windows 2000.

RESOLUTION

Hotfix Information
