OL2002: Attachment Is Missing in a Custom Multi-Page Form

SYMPTOMS

If you drag an attachment (a file) to an e-mail message field that is in a custom multi-page form, and then you switch to a different page, the attachment may be missing when you switch back to the page that contains the e-mail message field.

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
